In her daily work, Kristina presides over the full spectrum of domestic relations cases. She has dedicated her legal career to a deep understanding of the law to better serve the families and children of our community.

 

Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Shelby County

 

As a former Assistant Prosecutor, she specialized in cases involving abuse, dependency, and neglect. This role required a steadfast commitment to justice while handling sensitive juvenile delinquency matters with professionalism and care.

 

More than a decade in private practice

 

Before serving on the bench, Kristina spent over 12 years in private practice representing clients in complex divorce, custody, and probate matters. This experience as a litigator and court-appointed mediator provided her with a thorough understanding of the challenges families face within the legal system.

Born and raised in Auglaize County, Kristina Morris brings a lifetime of local values and over 20 years of legal experience to her candidacy for County Judge. From her early days as an elementary school teacher to her seven years of service as a Magistrate, Kristina has dedicated her career to the fair administration of justice and the protection of families. With deep roots in our community and a proven record of presiding over thousands of cases with integrity and respect, she is uniquely prepared to serve on the bench.
